On Thursday The Taste Level somehow swindled an invite to preview H&M's new Autumn collection. This event on Regents St was hosted by men's lifestyle magazine GQ (on the same night as Vogue's Fashion Night Out) and was really great. The items, now available in store, look and feel to be of an extremely high quality, despite being very affordable. General trends running throughout their new range appear to be patches, as already discussed, as well as beige 'leafy' knits and a heritage feel. To cap the evening off H&M through in a 20% discount on all items , free drinks and The Only Way is Essex's Lauren Pope -- the worlds hottest DJ. A load of better pictures are available should you 'Like' the Facebook group, but here are a few:

H&M's take on this seasons key trend, the patch
Suede/Nubuck wing-tipped derby shoes approx £29.99

My favorite item, limited edition tweed jacket-£99.99

A sample of other items available in limited edition range.

Brilliantly styled tweed/herringbone to create heritage feel

Goody Bag including Nivea for men item, GQ and tie

Was actually amazed by the selection of belts

My sister from Lollihearts emotionally blackmailed an invite

H&M's boots coming to destroy Allsaints' chimney sweep!!

Drinks to accomodate some of the more Rah attendees
